I'll have you all know I have very eclectic (is that the word?) taste in music. I love all kinds. Except opera. Cant go there. I guess im not a big Zepplin fan though oops! Please dont throw things at me. Queen! I love queen! Especially "crazy little thing called love"
and "another one bites the dust" That man has such a melodic voice.

BAC,
Thank you for thinking of Maggi. Yes, she's doing better now....especially the last few days. She's on HBP meds, and we take her in next week to have it checked. Boy I tell ya, I was NOT doing well there for a while....I was terrified, to be honest. So thanks again. ***Big Hug***
As for the music, I'm with you & LJ....my collection is pretty eclectic. But I'm with you on the Opera....Nope, can't do that either. Another I just can't & won't do is Rap & Hip Hop. Ewwww!!! And as far as Led Zepplin goes, I was raised on it because my brother was so into them. I'm thankful for the experience, but even to this day, I can't handle too much of them at once. So....like LJ said...the only thing being thrown is Confetti.....maybe a marshmallow or two. hehehe

Indeed, Boofmeister, indeed - music, the salve for the soul...
What is sad to me tho', is there is so much music out there, but the commercial radio stations cater so much just to the "popular", top 40 crud. Like going to the library and getting some CD's of stuff never heard of, buying CD's from musician on the street peddling his wares, going onto iTunes and XM radio stations exploring different genres. Yet, its good to come back after those journeys, and get into that which grew up with and/or love bestest - Led Zep, Beach Boys, MTB, Allmans, Cash, Waylon/Wilie, Don Williams, Pink Floyd, AKUS, Enya, Uncle Teddy, MSB, etc. sorry,,, just love all music. lol, just checked and have over 20 continuous days worth of music on my iMac! And that don't count all the vinyl albums need to get on there too.

Music is the bomb for any mood. You ever get into your car, turn on the radio and a song comes on that seems to dictate exactly how you feel? Like in the movies.
