Cost with fuel as it is today, an arm and a leg. If your looking to have a car brought to you I have a friend that sells muscle cars. I am sure he knows a local carrier since he ships cars across the country all the time. Let me know...we are in Fe*ton, MO, Piedmont is about 1.5 hours South.

Hey! My ancestors founded that hole in the wall!
But I see your point. It's kind of a small town to drive that far to deliver to.

Hiya, Crew! Hello, all!
This is my first time in this thread. Can you believe it? I just popped my head in and decided that I have to jump in and offer my 2 cents worth.
Check out this link to see if you can do the calculation: fuelcostcalculator.com
Before you do that, you may want to check out RandMcNally.com to see how far it is from one town to the next.

So dividing 2000 miles by 13 MPG, that's about 154 gallons of gas, then you multiply that by $3.10 and you're cha-CHING! $477.40 in the hole--and that's one way. Maybe $450 or a little less if you're easy on the throttle and gas isn't quite that high-priced.
I can't resist taking a swipe at the California Air Resources Board, which will probably try to lay a guilt trip on you for leaving too big a carbon footprint doing this!

Wait a minute, Eric. You didn't figure in the prevailing winds the blow west to east and the resulting effects on fuel economy. You need to remember who you may be dealing with here. Nuthin' gits past me.
"California Air Resources Board"??? I'll have to ask them what the "carbon footprint" is with my 55 gallon barrel out back I burn my trash in.... That'll drive 'em nuts....
Thank you very much ladies and gentalmen and please be careful on your way home... good night.

Yes, but the cow would contribute to global warming with its methane gas emissions, thereby making the California Air Resources Board even more responsible than you for befouling our planet!! Well, that's how I got it figgered...

OK, I went to Bass pro today and bought some fishing supplies, a nice rod and a Shimono that actually has two reels with it. I am ready for warmer weather and some fishing now. Anyone in here ever fish at Fellows Lake? How was it if you did?
