Warrensburg is home to Central Missouri State University. It is also about 50 miles away from the Kansas City metro area. Whiteman Air Force Base is also located nearby. Overall, I would say that it is a fairly decent town. It is not too far removed from a bigger city and not too far way from Columbia.

I haven't been there but my husband has and he LOVES Warrensburg. He thinks it's an adorable, perfect college-town setting.
