I'm praying for you, as well, 2b! I'm praying that if this is a buyer that will make it through to the end, that He will help things work out and remove all hindrances. I should also tell you that I've prayed that if this buyer is just a waste of time, that He will close the doors swiftly so as to keep you from wasting precious time and thereby, keep it on the market for others.
