Default Get your Wellies ON!!

It's time for the Weston Irish Festival! Starts this Friday Night.
It's a smaller, cozier venue than the big one at Crown Center in KC, but it's every bit as Irish. And the fall weather makes the hot Irish stew and guiness taste all the better. Plus, the music is awesome! This year there will be a wellie race with the winner (via a drawing) to receive 2 tickets to Ireland.

I am not affiliated with the festival in any way, just really enjoy it.

Thats sounds fun! I love Corn beef and cabbage on a cold night. Guiness, nasty! but on my husbands and I first date we went to a place here in town to join the worlds largest toast. With a tall glass of Guiness. So it holds a nice memory. Its been 9 years now. I know we drink Guiness cold but dont you think it would taste better warm. Maybe its the Welsh in me, I dont know. By the way, What are wellies?
