Default St Joseph and its old buildings

There are lots of cheap pretty old bldgs in St Joe from what I can see on the net. Many of them are trashed but for someone who has the time and enjoys this sort of thing.

Anyone been in the old Weigal dept store. Its 4 stories and for sale but a total mess. Still --- the outside looks pretty.

Default Old Buildings

Yes, St. Joseph does have a lot of old buildings. A lot of them really are not all that expensive really. You can pick up a nice one for around $300,000 with moderate damage inside. Of course, you also have to remember that you'd have to rewire everything...and that can be very pricey, depending on what you'd like to do with it. But, if I had the money, I'd definately purchase one.
