Be prepared MO folks.
A strong cold front is likely on Tuesday with snow possible on Thursday in western Missouri.

Thanks. Plains. Here in Mid Mo temp. Tuesday will be in low 60's then dropping like a bomb throughout the afternoon to around 12-14 for the low! Snow showers and some rain predicted. THEN, later in the week, forecasters are not saying how much at the present time, but could be 4-6 inches of snow around here all the way to St. Louis.

So, prepare to bundle up Tuesday evening and night.

Sonw??? Yikes! I am setting in the Orlando airport waiting on a flight back to Saint Louis. We are supposed to arrvie about the same time the front hits. I am hearing that winds of 40-50 mph may hit when the front passes thru. It's gonna be a white knuckles landing.
Oh boy! The joys of business travel!

I made it! It was kinda cool actually, the front was a big wall of cloud, we did an end around and then ducked under it to land. It was bouncy but all the little kids coming home from Disney were going Wwweeeeee!!!!

That made us seasoned travelers feel like a bunch of sissys as we were all slightly puckered!

Thanks Kshegirl and R8rfan for the kind words!

You're welcome!

I remember the year I graduated high school I was flying back to upstate New York to spend the summer with relatives. Flying from New York city to Albany we flew through a thunderstorm. That was intense. It's fun to watch lightning from the ground, but to be right there with it was quite the experience! The pilot turned off the cabin lights so we could watch the show. Very impressive. Got rough at times too!! Was a fun flight to say the least!
