Default Tax penalty or advantage?
I was wondering about taxes if you work in KCK and live in MO? What are the penalties, if any and are there any advantages? We love MO and want to move there soon. We really like Lee's Summitt but my husbands job would more than likely be in Kansas. Any advice?

My opinion is that you will have to pay state income taxes for Ks as well as in Mo. Should he work in Kansas City proper then there will be an earnings tax also.
