Thanks a lot everyone for the kind words and the messages. I really do appreciate it! In fact the messages were the main reason I came back. Saw them in my e-mail and had to check in.
I know I guess I went off half cocked, but it seemed like a shot at me from Whats his face. I just took it wrong and I've been thinking he's not worth it. I've been kind of stressed lately with the move coming up and all. I live in Colorado and it's winter. If I can't talk about snow and send snow pictures then there's not a lot left for me! You all are too GREAT to not keep coming back for more!!
As I've said before this is the best bunch of people anywhere!
Maybe sometime we can all get together for a big BBQ at the lake or some other fine location! When I say I'd like to meet you folks, I really do mean it!

I am coming out of exile for 2 weeks in August, and I make some pretty dandy potato salad . DD has not really seen the Ozarks, and I wanted to take her to see them........

Yes, I did, he got all excited ! he is a bow-hunter, I have got to get him to Mo one of these years, the deer here are the size of large dogs .....
Plotz; yiddish phrase, to burst or explode , my grandmother lived in south STL, they were a lot of older Jewish women in the neighborhood, their manner of speaking was so colorful, I still use a lot of their terms . |
