Plotz; yiddish phrase, to burst or explode, my grandmother lived in south STL, they were a lot of older Jewish women in the neighborhood, their manner of speaking was so colorful, I still use a lot of their terms.
I see!

Ah, a fellow bow-hunter! If he ever gets a hankerin......I could always use a new hunting partner!!

Now you're talking kshe95girl....We love anything with venison. Chili, broiled tenderloins, stew, roasts, burgers, you name it. Cy Littlebee's cookbook has some great recipes in it. Hmmmm, may have to thaw some out for tomorrow's dinner!!!

Nope, you still have the points you just can't see the comments anymore because I decide to remove a thread that was not particularly necessary here in da MO house...

You are doing a fine job around here r8rfan (I feel your pain, have been a Rams fan for 40 years ) so no worries ... just keep on rockin' the place like ya have been

Like I said I'm always looking for a new hunting partner!

The cost for non residents is very affordable. I especially like the unlimited $7.00 doe tags. Or do they still have those? I'm guessing they do since the state is getting overrun with deer.

One thing we like to do with elk and deer steaks is soak them in worchestershire(did I get that right?!) sauce over night then put them over charcoal until they are still nice and pink inside. That is good eating right there! The worst thing to do is get it too dry.

I'm sure I didn't spell that right since I can't even say it!!
