so glad you decided to stay with us r8rfan.
dahubby loves to hunt, I do too, but he is addicted! It seems like he is outside everyday with the binocs glassing the land for deer. He is anxious for the next hunting season. He mainly gun hunts but has bow hunted before too.
I love cooking ANYTHING. I make a dish called spanakopia (sp) which is made with vension and phyllo dough. It's very tasty.

That sounds really good. Is there an official recipe thread on the forum anywhere? Maybe should be if not?!

r8rfan, you spelled it perfectly! As for pronunciation, check out this site for TWO options: worcestershire - Definitions from Dictionary.com

Oh! I forgot to mention that that marinade idea sounds great! Now, you add some garlic to that and you got sumthin!

Btw, I have no idea what happened but I'm glad you didn't let one person keep you away. We're all better off because of it.

I'm sure I didn't spell that right since I can't even say it!!

Thanks for the forum tip, mamag! I'm lookin' forward to hearin' 'bout that recipe, too! (Even though my dh doesn't hunt so we're not likely to be havin' any "venison" any time soon!) He does love to cook so he'll probably be interested in tryin' some with BEEF!
