Hi Butch,

What a great source of information you must be after living in Wardsville for 30 years. It's great of you to offer your help and advice. My husband and I are moving to Mansfield, hopefully in the near future, but would always be interested in learning more about other areas. So, what is Wardsville like, and where is it located? What makes Wardsville special?

First and foremost, are the schools in Wardsville. They are very unique in that they are very highly rated in all areas. Wardsville is considered a "village", but is connected to Jefferson City. Wardsville is also known for their very high-end housing. If you have money, you probably live in Wardsville.

Thank you for the info. We are thinking of moving to Wardsville, but can you tell me what things are unique about the school system and what makes them good? Also, what areas are included that go to Wardsville Schools? If it is a smaller town, do newer families/children have a hard time fitting in because of cliques and so forth. How are the sports? I cannot find any housing for sale in Wardsville online. Do most people just build there? Thank you in advance.
