My husband's excuse for something not fitting anymore is that I shrunk it in the laundry!
Funny my clothes don't shrink even though they are washed in the same load.

I haven't been on a lot recently. The hubby and I are building an addition onto a house for the neighbor and by the time we get home I am EXHAUSTED. Got to cut out early today because hubby had to go to an auction.
I get to stay home and do dishes!!!! And listen to the two cardinals tap at my window.

mamagator, you should have went to the auction also. We used to go to them all of the time around here. Lot of fun. Except when hubby 'bought' way too much stuff. Now if the weather would ever cooperate, I'd like to have that yard sale I keep planning. First the weather, then the durn knee. Maybe 3rd time is the charm. Ya think?

Well, the hubby did spend too much. But, he had a good time with his buddy! And he did buy things for MY horse.
I will probably go to the next one.
The addition is going fine. I had to come home because UPS is delivering a pkg and someone has to be here to sign for it.
So I have a little time to relax!
Yard sales are a lot of work. I don't envy anyone that is trying to get things ready for one.
Storms are due again today. Everyone stay safe. Hope everyone is okay from the last storm. |
