My daughter is 20 and in Australia on Mizzou internship. For years she had heard me say I wish I would have had the chance to parachute jump when younger and that since I was now married with kids it was too late to take the chance. That must have hit home...today she emailed me the attached.
Mom had a heart attack (kidding) after the fact. I think it's pretty doggone cool!

This is a castle "house". It is located on a hill south of Joplin,Mo. in the Reddings Mill area.

I'm not looking for summer to be over but I am hoping so much to see some photo's of those gorgeous fall colors here when the time comes. Pretty please. I think Spring and Fall are my favorite seasons. Spring is new and fresh and fall is like a time to take everything in and sort of a calm feeling season to me. I have a few plants in pots of my own that turn color and there are creeping virginia here on the fence but freeze always comes too early and nothing ever comes to any decent color, it doesn't get a chance.
