Here's a brief history of what she did.
- Endorsed the worst president in the last 70 years, Barack Obama. It certainly takes a particularly horrible president to be worse than Harry "The Economy Stops Here" Truman, LBJ, Dick Nixon, BJ Clinton, and "Dubya."
- Voted for Obamacare, despite being told that it was going to be a disaster.
- Continues to support Obamacare despite the disaster that it is being beyond blatantly obvious.
- Endorsed Hillary Clinton, who if elected, would probably have unseated Obama as worst post-WWII president.
- Endorses open borders and amnesty for illegals.
- Illegally used the state airplane. Question- why do we have a state airplane?
- Has greatly profited from corruption as her husband made millions from political graft from taxpayer funds.
- Opposes the Second Amendment, one example is opposing Constitutional carry and another example is opposing black-colored, low-powered .22-caliber semiautomatic rifles that are generally considered much too weak to humanely use to hunt the relatively small deer in Missouri.
- "Colluded" with the Russians, not once, but twice. She even tried to call for Jeff Sessions to resign, after meeting with the exact same Russian official (foreign minister Sergey Kislayak) that Sessions did.
- Encouraged people to write snail mail letters instead of e-mails in 2011 in a ridiculous attempt to try to keep the Post Office solvent.
- Voted to confirm Sonja Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. To be fair, so did Kit "Plaster My Name on Everything" Bond.
- Voted to confirm Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court. Kit Bond actually did vote against this one.
That's just a few things. I greatly look forward to voting her out of office this November.

Okay. Pretty much confirms why I don't pay attention to Missouri politics anymore. Obamacare works in states that want it to work and I don't think there could be a worse president than the current one.
I don't really care one way or the other about guns. This country is overrun by them already, so nothing we do at this point matters.
Honestly, McCaskill doesn't sound all that bad.
PS, I was not a fan of Hillary Clinton either.

Bwahahaha
Claire was against concealed carry when she was at the state level including when running for governor.
She supports and votes for assault weapons bans.
She backed the UN arms treaty.
She is also against national reciprocity for concealed carry permits as well.
Man shes really pro gun!
Obongo care doesn't work. I hate it.

Man, you are really going to be hating life when Gillum wins down there in Florida, should be entertaining
She voted yes on the bill to make sure that the UN couldn't impose any qualifications on gun ownership in the states.
I'm glad she refused forcing one states laws on another state. Why do you hate states rights

What needs to be done is get a case to US Supreme Court that rules needing a ccw permit to BEAR arms which means to have on ones self unconstitutional and then we got permitless carry like Missouri, only nationwide.
We had a shot at this. 7 years ago you might recall the federal appeals court told IL they had 180 days to get a shall issue concealed carry law.
The state of IL scrambled to pass one.
The reason why they hurried and passed it is because if they didn't or if the state of IL appealed that ruling to the US Supreme Court they could have lost their case and THEN it would be nationwide permitless carry possibly depending on how the US Supreme Court ruled on it.
Yes I'm scared that this liberal moron will win. He's just as bad as Lavine who openly flooded the airways with anti gun campaign ads.
I'm not trying to bring race into it, BUT the thing is down here we have a lot of Hispanics and a lot of Haitians that will show up in full force to vote for him in high numbers. Same thing you saw with Bell in St. Louis county that had a high turnout in North County because the blacks mobilized.
I think Gillum will narrowly win.
I wanted Putnam as the Republican because of his proven record of being pro gun. He made it as easy as possible to apply and renew a ccw permit in Florida.
I can't imagine a black candidate winning state office in Missouri. Can you imagine a black democrat candidate for governor in Missouri and anyone outside of St. Louis and Jackson county voting for him/her?
Even if they were Republican if they were running against someone like Chris Koster who is democrat but pro gun he/she would lose the election.
Florida has enough Hispanics, and blacks and other immigrants down here that can possibly tip the scale to Gillum.
If he wins and the democraps pick up more seats in the house and senate and along with the RINOs we got down here it is possible they pass a state level assault weapons ban I think. I will move back to Missouri if that happens.
At least most MO lawmakers feel I don't need a stupid permit to carry.
Have you ever compared MO gun laws to FL? FL has far more restrictive laws than MO. Also read both states constitutions regarding bearing arms. Missouri offers for more protections than FL.
Also up in MO support Eric Burlison for state senate. He crafted the permitless carry bill in the Missouri house!

I am well aware that Missouri has no standards with regard to who owns a firearm or where they can carry it. I am also aware that as late as last year, you needed a permit to carry in the capitol building. It is almost as if they don't think constitutional carry is safe for them even with armed guards and police present. Curious.
Re: Gillum, I looked at the polls today to see how crazy of a win it really was, and I think you may have a big problem. According to Real Clear Politics, Gillum averaged 12% in polls the week leading up to the primary. He closed a gap of 14% and then pushed it further to win by 3%. Either the polling was really bad or people that weren't expected to vote came out to vote in a big way. I thought Nelson was done, but if I were Rick Scott, I would be worried now.
Of course race will play a role. If I were a minority, even if I gained $1000 extra in the last year or got a job that I didn't have before. I'm not going to take that money or job and vote for a party that isn't speaking out against people that hate me or whose leader denigrates my heritage. I'm going to take that money and job and vote against the party that is coddling the people that hate me and that insults my heritage. Normalizing and mainstreaming white nationalism would never enter my mind as an acceptable tradeoff.
Re: a black gubernatorial candidate in Missouri. No, I cannot see it happening anytime soon. Missouri is the most segregated state I have ever spent time in, and probably the most racist as well. I am not talking burn a cross or extreme hate racist, I'm talking about general feelings of other races, suspicions and desire for interaction/proximity. My non Missouri family lives in Florida, Georgia and Alabama which stereotypically people think is worse, but in reality it seems to be better overall.

It's strange. Today it's the border/upper south like Missouri, Kentucky and West Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas that people stereotype more as backwards than the deep south and call hicks and racist more.
Like the Ozarks of southern Missouri and Arkansas were split during the civil war but seemed to change a lot after the war. Heck at one point the Missouri governor after state level reconstruction had to send in the state guard to places like Oregon and Ripley counties because the klan were controlling it.
Springfield and Joplin the few remaining blacks post civil war were ran out of town due to lynchings and to this day are pretty white still. Same with northern Arkansas as well. There is a book about the post civil war Ozarks of southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas about places like Joplin, Springfield and Harrison and race relations.
But I think it's because the upper border south is a lot more white and less diverse than the deep south. Missouri, Kentucky and Tennessee are pretty white.
I think that's something else that shows Missouri's southern influences too. I don't see Indiana or Ohio and Kansas called hicks and rubes like you do with Missouri. That's certainly a southern component to it from the days as a border state and it's disputed status during the civil war.
You just don't see other rural midwestern states like KS, IA, IN and Nebraska called the stuff Missouri is.
Oh and Missouri in 2016 had a young conservative Republican woman run for lt. governor, her name is Bev Randals. Of course she lost the race to an establishment Mike Parson who won the rural vote. You know it probably would been better if she won. Certainly would have helped maybe race relations a bit. A black governor but she's conservative still. Can't call her racist then.
There is a conservative black Republican state rep from west St. Louis county actually. I forgot his name but he's a republican in a very white area of St. Louis county but gets elected and is pro gun too. I think from the Fenton, valley park area which is blue collar and white. You wouldn't think they'd vote for a black guy those type.
I don't like Rick Scott. He's a RINO anti gun phony conservative like many of the Republicans down here. Of course I won't vote for the liberal Nelson though.
I was hoping Putnam would win. he is proven pro gun and made getting ccw permits easier.
Regarding permits in MO it's still a good idea to have one in case you want to open carry in the few places that don't allow it AND it gives you protections. Like if you accidently carry into a court or college it is a crime to carry there without a permit BUT with a permit it's just a citation instead of arrest.
Here in Floriduh if you carry into a college or sports arena even with a Florida ccw permit it is a FELONY to do so unlike in Missouri. FL carry laws are strict and open carry gets you arrested. Carrying it concealed in FL without a permit is a felony.
The latest Giffords Center rankings ranks Missouri tied for 48th with Kansas for most lax gun laws. Only Mississippi beat out Missouri
