Default Possible church relocation in Piedmont, MO

Someone I know is wanting to buy a church when renting may make more sense.

I was wondering if there were any places that meet my criteria in Piedmont. I don't live in Piedmont, so I don't have access to a paper and it's hard to find listings online since it's such a small town. I don't want to go into much detail. But just a place with a room large enough for 30-40 people, hopefully a couple of classrooms (though not necessary), and a kitchen. Furnishings may be necessary, but probably not. And for rent.

It doesn't necessarily need to be a house, but it would be helpful if it was. If not, it just needs to be a place where 30 people can meet for church and maybe have a few rooms for class and a (maybe) Children's church.

The church may buy a building instead, but given their financial situation they may need to look at other options.

I know I probably sound vague and confusing, but I don't want to give any names or personal information.

And if you know any websites that would have listings that would be much appreciated.

Thank you. I understand if you can't help, since I know I probably confused you. If you really think you can help me maybe PM me and I can tell you a little more. But I don't want to give out too much info online.

Thanks much if you can help.

For now they're renting out the AARP building, so they probably don't need a building right away.

They're trying to get money from FEMA to buy the old Jahovah's Witness church, but it's $150k, so they don't know if FEMA will help them that much.

It may not be necessary, so I don't want to put you through the trouble of looking up anything.
