Default Manifactured Home Lot Rent
I am planning to move to Villa Ridge, MO, close to Saint Louis. I found this Website who leases Lots for manifactured or regular homes:

Does somebody know anything about this park, calles "wheelestates?

The Lot is $200.00 a month. Is that a normal price? Power and phonelines are there.
