Default Rock Port, MO - "First" Wind Powered City in US

Don't know how, but missed this news a bit back. Congrats to Rock Port, and all who backed this project.

Cost ~$90 million, located on Loess Hills Wind Farm, just west of town on bluffs.
Was built by St. Louis-based Wind Capital Group, with the John Deere Corporation. [lol, talk about going Green ]
