Default Where is the . . . hoitie toitie area (SWMO)?

Okay, since I'm trying to get a handle on the area, I have a new question for you . . .

Just considering the area south of Springfield, let's say the areas that include Christian County, down the US65 area, and into Branson/Kimberling City (Tri-Lakes) region, what is considered the "upscale" area. Is there a "Beverly Hills" type of community south of Springfield or a hoitie toitie gentrified rancher/horse area?

Thanks again all.

Randy Henderson will become famous soon enough
There are several "golf course" communities that one would consider to be pretty fancy. Even though I am a horrible golfer, my job puts me on the course a couple of times a year. Near Springfield, both Highland Springs and Millwood are knockouts if you want to see Million dollar homes.

Further south, there is an area called Saddlebrooke. It is a planned community with walking trails, canoe trips, riding facilities along with horse boarding, and the like. The lots (3 acres or better) were fetching 6 figures, and I would say the homes would land around the $500,000 and up mark, but man, what an area.

Hope that helps.

dgubin is an unknown quantity at this point
There are lots of areas it all depends on what you are looking for. In Kimberling City there is a gated subdivision called Hunters Glenn, which is right on Table Rock Lake. In Branson, you have the Branson Landing Condos and further south you have Branson Creek. What is it you are looking for, drop me a line maybe I can help.
