Default Lake of the Ozarks - Swinging Bridges

We went to the swinging bridges outside of Lake of the Ozarks a few weeks ago. It was fun.

On the way there we noticed a cave, had to be 20 feet tall at the entrance) that had a metal door and a big wall over the opening of the cave. We were really curious. We figured maybe somebody's storing something there.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

There are plenty of caves around that area, my guess would be it is privatly owned and they closed the cave to keep people out. That is pretty commen.

Years ago it was open to the public. I don't remember the name but it has been closed for at least 30 years I know.

Yep, that one has been off limits for a long time. Keeping it barricaded up helps to prevent curiosity from becoming injury, or even worse, death.
