Here's an amateur video, taken before they had been removed from the bullet riddled car.

Wrong Bill...

It was Wild Bill Hickock vs. Davis Tutt on July 21, 1865 in Springfield, MO's town square.

Missouri was the west for a long time...we have lots of history to be proud of.

Don't forget about the Pony Express...it started in St. Joesph.

Here's one for you...Is Quantrill a hero of Missouri or a dastardly outlaw?

Being so rural for so long has it's good and bad sides. I think we might still have a few outlaws hiding out in the boonies!!

Or, maybe even hiding in a cave somewhere, out of state!! hee hee

Well...Thing's were a lot different back then. It was called...survival! I'm Not saying that it made it right!
I think things are so much worse now. Bad upbringing,No respect. Kid's see and hear way more than they should!
Well enough of that.
NOW!

I just want to know...
Why do they name thing's like... Fairs ( Jessie James Day's) Motels,Caves and other things after the Men outlaws, but not after the wimmens
( women)?
I have never heard of a..
Ma Barker's Motel, Bell Star Day's or Bonnie Parker's Restaurant.
Just wondering.
LOL

Great points on the first two parts [kids and survival], and for most part agree on the 3rd. Leave some wiggle room there, as I was recently in OH and rode my bike [54.5 miles] in the Annie Oakley Bike Tour, Greenville, OH - so at least there is some recognition for a wimman. Oh, there is the Bonnie and Clyde Festival, that happens in Gibsland, LA near anniversary of their death. Yea, there really should be more recognition for the famous and infamous ladies of history.

now, speaking of an infamous lady...

Naw,,, I don't hide in 'em, just recoup, relax, and refresh...

ps: lol, while I would love to have a Victory, I kinda doubt that a bikers rally would welcome my bike there... '08 Specialized TriCross Comp bicycle is what I'm riding here

Thanks. I guess you never get to old to learn!
Are you a Biker??
The reason I ask is...
I am going to a Biker Rally At... Rockaway Beach, Missouri, on the Weekend of AUG.15,16 and 17th.
Rockaway Beach is located just outside of Branson Mo.
No... I am not a Biker ...But I play one on T.V.
Just kidding.

But I will be there!
I am originally from Branson and my sister's and I are having our..
Annual Sister Weekend there.. Talk about....
THREE WOMEN OUTLAW'S!
LOL!!!
