We are interested in doing some slight construction to our home and were wondering where we could find out the neighborhhod covenants. Anyone know where those are?

Default Woodrail South Covenants
We are currently selling a house in that subdivision. Contact Ann Sulzberger.
She is on the board and can get you a copy of the covenants. She lives on Woodbine Dr.
