I was feeling very discouraged..............and now (for sale, daycare)

Our farm has not sold as of yet .. someone contacted me the other night about just the ground not the house or 1 acre ..but thats good right?

Any how I stopped looking at homes in the area stopped even thinking about moving...... I felt sad so I just stopped ..

Then while looking for supplies online for my daycare -- guess what ...

I found a business for sale in Mo. That is my dream.. am not sure of the asking price as of yet .. I will find all out on Saturday!
The place is listed by an individual not an agent .. so am not even sure how much prices are in the area ..but its a nice place on lots of land! Its my dream someone else had the same ideas as me only they DID IT! lol

So I showed my dh when he came home and my kids ......... and all said GO FOR IT .. So I maybe coming semi alone at first! But I have lots of friends in the area ... well I am jumping ahead .. it might be over priced and I may have to croak and start over ......

I really felt Mo. dream was down stream ...... but now a new door might be opening!

Hope it all works out for the best, and you'll be in Missouri soon. It would also be nice to have a business, so you know you have work when you get there. What kind of business are you looking to get into, or is that confidential? Hope the price is right.

It's so hard, as the housing market is slow right now. You are not alone. There seem to be alot of us from all over the country waiting for our homes to sell so we can start our new lives in Missouri. Best wishes on your renewed dream.
