joplin Dentist.... (Nixa, St. John: house, office, financing)

anyone know a good dentist in Joplin that can pull a tooth somewhat cheap and without a long wait to get an appointment? maybe even financing options?

I have never been there but, theres a place called "Tooth Achers" on west 7th street past the golf course. It's knda like a dentist in a garage. I probably wouldnt go but I know people who have. Its an older dentist that works out of his house. I know it sounds backwoods but.... there ya go.... ya said cheeeep!

My dentist is kinda cool. His name is Mark Wooden. His office is across from Cunningham Park, near St. Johns. I would call and ask him. I didn't have to wait too long to get in and see him when I made my first appointment. His office is a house that has been remodeled into an office. Everything is older. My first visit I was nervous because my old dentist in Nixa was super high tech and fancy. This guys stuff is like 25 years old.

However, I love him. He is very artsy and into music and eclectic so his personality really made me like him.

My previous dentist told me I needed all my old fillings replaces and that it was going to be like 2000 bucks. I didn't say anything and went to Dr. Wooden. He cleaned my teeth and said that he found 3 teeth that needed to be looked at and everything else was great. My previous dentist had a list of 11. So I think he is pretty honest and straight forward. If anyone can take care of you, I bet he can. or he will refer you to someone.
