Maybe try the CIA, FBI, or SS? I think they'd have some ways of removing moles...
Oh, btw, if you actually mean the little rodent version, well IMHO, a black lab works great! Seriously, unless there is a lot of damage, I'd leave 'em be. Yes, they are frustrating, creating ridges that a mower and feet get buggered up with, and damaging lawns. However, to me they are amazing creatures - pretty cool if interested in these mammals. But, as to removing them, might check out the following for some hints/tricks. In the past, when lived south of Rolla, my yard there was fairly bad w/ 'em, but that then also created an entertaining sight to see my black lab then pounce about, perk her ears up, and then dig frantically...

Good luck.

Eliminate the food source - worms and grubs in your yard - and the moles should move on. The grubs probably do more damage to the lawn than the moles - at least the moles aerate for you!

I agree with Shadow. My labs have worked for me. I still have to clean up after them, but I guess you can say it's the organic way to go.

Moles seem impossible to remove. Thepreacherswife is right, remove grubs that should work. A buddy of mine said he use to put moth balls in their holes, claimed it worked. The problem I have with them is all the tunnels seem to channel water and make my cinder block basement leak when it rains.

Dachshunds, rat terriers, and even my part Australian shepherd dog love to kill them. Plus they're so nice to have around anyway.(the dogs that is)

There is a nifty little device (probably have to look at the flea market) which has 4 spikes that stick into the ground. there is a central spike which is on a spring. You stick the thing in the ground straddling the mole run, then set the spring. When a mole comes along its run, the central spike is triggered and spears the mole. Rather gruesome, but effective and does not risk poisoning innocent creatures. I need to borrow my dad's spike as the front yard is getting mined like..like..umm...(insert humorous simile here).
