Hi everyone, I am looking for a paved bicycling path to ride, over my Spring Break, April 3-12. I would like to do a day ride of about 50 miles in preparation for a 150 mile MS fundraiser bike ride in June. I need a location warm enough not to have to worry about slippery trails. I live in MI and I don't think the weather will cooperate that early in the spring!! I have been to the RailstoTrails website and see many trails listed. Do you have a favorite trail to recommend??

Check out the Katy Trail, it's not paved but it's close enough, it's an old RR right of way.
I can't guarantee the weather but if you hang around longer than a day it will change.

Katy trail also gets my recommendation. We really like it.

Also, a big THANK YOU from my entire family for riding in the MS150. We are very big supporters of the society with several of our family members having the condition.
