I would never move from KC to StL. It's not worth it. I would rather move out of the midwest if I ever leave KC. But if I were moving from a large city on the coast, it would be very difficult for me to choose one over the other, but I think StL would get a very slight edge.

Both towns are VERY segregated, have huge urban crime problems, have very snobby and anti city suburban areas, have a lot of blight and major sprawl issues and don't have very good transit systems, StL only slightly better than KC because it has light rail, but StL has a horrible bus system.
