Good grief! The TV weatherdudes are talking about the possibility of more snow in Missouri this weekend especially north and west of Lake of the Ozarks.

Yes, yukky snow! From what I heard for the KC area is 6 to 12 inches. Not looking forward to this. All my daylilies have come up, my rosebushes started showing leaves, depressing! And Easter is 2 weeks away.

Hey, Cali Bassman, Curmudgeon, Simplewifeandmom and all you others in California wanting to move to Missouri:

It looks and feels like November in Missouri today. The sky is gray, we've had some rain, the wind is blowing, making the 39 degrees we've accumulated so far today feel like 29.

Our small birdfeeders are hanging horizontally at times! Too doggone wet, windy and cold to get out in the garden.

Fellow Missourians, especially those of you up north, let us know if you get any snow.

We've got snow on the ground in Rolla, at least an inch of it, and it's coming down fast in big, wet flakes.

P.S. if anyone happens to get an extended weather report for north western Missouri I'd love to hear it. If everything goes as planned we are going to leave here next week and be there by Thursday or Friday. So far it looks like it should be improved by the time we get there but that we may be traveling through some less than spring like weather. We'd like to stay for about a week if we can.
