Restaurants by Mendon (Brookfield, Macon or Marceline ?)
I live in the Chicago area and in two weeks my dad, my husband and I will be going to Mendon to bury my mom's ashes (she wanted to be in Mendon where her mother is buried). Some family who is from Kansas City will be meeting us in Mendon for the service. We would like to have a nice family dinner afterwards, but I'm not familiar with the area.
Does anyone know of any good restaurants in that area for a sit down meal? I know Mendon is extremely small so I'm open to anything within a 30-45 minute drive of there.
