Just one. Considering Burlington Junction only has 600+ people and there are 10 churches in-and-around it, I'd probably reconsider.

Good Point! Thanks for the information! What about a coffee shop with music?

I saw a property listing for a combination 1 story commercial building/residence, for a good price, that in itself would be suitable for such an establishment. The next logical step is to check if the town/area itself would be equally condusive. That way, needless travel to look at a unsuitable parcel could be avoided. In this particular case, this communication has indicated that this particular parcel wasn't suitable for such a business. You have no real idea unless you gain information by utilizing sources such as this, or by actually traveling to the location. The internet is cheaper!!!
At any rate, we are looking to relocate to a cooler climate with four actual, distinct seasons, low taxes (especially property), ect. This particular listing just happened to be located in northwestern Missouri!!!

Burlington always used to have a bar...and I remember 2 at one time! It may be a small town but I'm betting it locals would support one. The closest bars from BJ are around 25 miles- Maryville/Tarkio. There is one in Braddyville but serves more as a restaurant. Good luck!
