There are a whole string of small towns that run along hwy 54 and hwy 5 that are right on the lake. I deliver for a warehouse supplier that usually sells entire households of furniture, hot tubs and pool tables to people moving to Missouri from Arizona and California. I see just about every lake in Missouri on a weekly basis.
Koyotee there is nothing hiring in this area at this time.

California has Turkey Processing Plant,Burgers Smoked Hams but there is alot of Illegals in the area.I worked for MFA there it wasn't bad.Last I knew Scolastic,Delongs. Was in Jefferson City.

There is a Hog Processor in Pleasant Hope I believe they are hiring.
