That Census records lists a William W Moore, age 28, a Eliza Moore, age 26, and another Moore (can't really read it, but it's not Alexis) age 23 in one household.
In another household: Ira (?) Moore, age 56. Catherine, age 57, Robert, age 20, and Alexis, age 14. My best guess would be that Ira and Catherine are Alexis' parents.
I can't find an Elks Cemetery in Webb county, Texas. Of course, there is the Elks organization, so it may have something to do with that.
