We are looking at purchasing some property in the Potosi/Indian creek area. Anything good bad or otherwise?

LOL The property price was the main draw. However after doing some more looking we are passing. I do have school age kids so that was a major draw back.

I actually happen to like tornadoes, spiders and snakes. Grew up in rural northern OK so the ice storms, syptic systems and wells don't bother me. We spent 5 years on the gulf and now reside in Iowa
