The woman is 50 years old. I don't think she needs strangers telling her that she needs to stay close to her family. I think she would be the best judge of that situation.
What she needs is information on Missouri. But now she is probably afraid to move to Missouri because everyone will chide her for leaving her family, that "lone woman" out there that left her adult children and adult sister! *shudder* I mean, at 50 she only has about another 30 or 40 years before she might not be able to drive herself to the emergency room! That only leaves 10 or 20 years to make some solid friendships possibly even leading to marriage.....

you get what you get and other people can disagree. She can get upset if she wants to, or not. Or do they mandate feelings in MO too?
