Default NCAA Leanings - State of Missouri

I'm doing this for every state to see what colleges have large fan bases.

I've lived on both sides of the state...it seems that near the KC metro, KU is #1 (Lawrence being closer than Columbia at less than an hour away), followed closely by Mizzou, and #3 would be K-State. Throughout the rest of the state for the most part it's Missouri all the way...even around St. Louis where you would think there would be a large Illini fan base, it's nothing like KU fans in KC. That could be because KU grads don't have any other really nearby large cities (and Wichita isn't a large city in my mind) to migrate to after college. MU and Illini fans/students have to choose between more options even if they want to stay in the region.
