This might be a bit off topic (sorry in advance) but what do you think of the Montreal area (near Camdenton). My parents are considering buying a summer home there, on 20 acres, but I wonder if its not too boring? Just wondering your thoughts about the area (grocery stores, etc.) Thanks!

Based on shopping, especially grocery stores, you can't beat Hyvee in Lake Ozark. From Camdenton, you are looking at 20-25 minutes. But, if they are looking at 20 acres, they are probably expecting to be a bit away from retail and development.

The quiet, more relaxed side is the west side, over by Laurie and Sunrise Beach. However, if they want a wider variety of shopping and restaurants, they would like Osage Beach/ Lake Ozark/ Camdenton.

There are a lot of great areas. I hope they enjoy.

Mike
