Do you think the teens in Columbia feel there is enough to keep them busy and out of trouble? Besides HS sports and activities, does the town have other options? Thx

What options are you talking about? Please give example. It may be a small city but it got a lot of stuff to do. What are specifically looking for?

It is the responsibility of parents to schedule their teens' lives and give them the supervision required so that their teens do not have time or opportunity to get into trouble.

There is plenty to do in Columbia, as in most cities. Will parents guide their teens to the approriate activites and enfoce rules, that should be the real question. Just my $0.02

Parks and Rec teaches fencing. I took it there. En garde! There's a couple of community theaters that have volunteers doing all sorts of things. Both high schools have tons of activities. And then there's MU, which hosts all manner of things for teenagers from around the state and country, especially in summer, everything from physics to sports camps. Lots of local kids go to those things.

I dare say there's far more for a teenager to do in Columbia than in most towns of comparable size.
