Need to move to Warrenton in July or August, anyone have suggestions on finding a place to rent?

I can't help you with the for rent part, but have you considered buying a place? You'll have a lot more to choose from and depending upon your credit, you probably could get a home with very little out of your pocket.

We would love to buy, but we would be first time buyers and unsure exactly if we are capable of making a purchase fast enough to get us in a home, our credit is fair-average....and we have no money to put down....moving becasue the cost of living too high where we were at and housing was too expensie to buy, we were paying 1200 in rent alone......
