Try and get an address or very good directions from a central location. Then go to the county courthouse to the assessor's office. They will be the ones. You might have to show them the plot on an aerial photo.

That's Madison county so you will want the Fredericktown court house.
573-783-6544 is the county collector, Charla is her name...she can get you
started by seeing if the taxes are paid up once you know the address.

call the assessors office and give them the address. if you don't have an address get the main streets around it, they can look it up.
