Sorry, I don't take seriously anyone who uses the word "Dude", and refers to James Toney as a "current heavyweight champion."

Coulter steps in the ring against legitimate fighter (Boxing) of his weight class and he will come out looking like Chuck Wepner, the Bayonne Bleeder. Hand-to-hand combat is what Boxing is all about, and under those rules this man emerges looking like Chuck.

Relevance of this fight? None. Gimmick value? Plenty. MMA needs these gimmicks to sustain itself.

Good thing, Dude, that I really don't care whether or not someone who declares the sport of boxing "hand to hand combat" takes me seriously.Another boxer got his @ss kicked by another MMA guy.Latest in a string. The boxers need to just stick to fighting each other. They can't beat anyone else.

Oh,almost forgot.

"James Toney is the current IBA Heavyweight champion"

Don't forget toney is the current nabo heavy weight champ as well. He holds 2 titles, and he didn't need the roids this time.

Both times toney has been named fighter of the year, he has also tested positive for roids and been suspended. In this case roids wasn't going to help him.

And boxing is not hand to hand combat, it is a sport not a fight, just like mma they are both sports.
Hand to hand is what we did in the army not the ring/cage.

So what other excuses will be made for toneys ridiculous showing?????

Yeah Ron, You're right. Toney had the motivation of $ and that's about it. A boxer can't hack it against an mma fighter. And Toney, well, over weight, out of shape, old. Was like he was bringing a knife to a gun fight. Gun won.

I really don't get what the boxers get upset and try to argue about. You would think that when one style teaches only how to throw punches, with not even kicks or elbows allowed, and the other style teaches and uses everything but bites, head butts, and groin kicks, including taking the other guy to the ground, that it would be obvious that style has more weapons and tactics at the disposal of it's practitioners than the one dimensional boxing.I really don't understand why they don't comprehend this and try to argue against it.

I was in the VIP section. The energy was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. We are big fans of Couture here in Boston!!

Damn Randy wasn't even putting pressure on him in that picture. Maybe James was just to old, out of shape or fat or what ever to get up? All that space he said he only needs 3" to knock Randy out yet Randy is giving him like 18" in that picture.

Good pic

I think they should have let him fight big country so he could get kimbo sliced lmao

LOL.....he looks/sounds pathetic.

I still like Toney but man, he was dumb this time around.

I think Randy went easy on him. Randy could have torn the guy to shreds.

Randy was being a good sport. Easy pay day for Randy.
