in addition, she missed weight ONCE to which she blames her period as the reason for the over weight, and she was 7 lbs, for which she gave up i believe was 20% of her purse.

the reason cyborg isnt signed is because she cant make 135. when she makes 135 a couple of fights, she will get signed. dana is a business man, he isnt going to start a 145 lb division for cyborg, because fans want to see her in the ufc to fight ronda. rondas ideal weight is 135, she isnt going to fight at 145. in addition there are only a hand full of fighters at 145, so there is no money in it. no draw for just 1 fighter. this is why they set up the 115 division, a lot more fighters there.

as for holly, i will agree she is out matched on the ground, not even funny. the reason dana didnt sign her, she wants WAY WAY WAY to much money (in his eyes) to sign. she will settle for peanuts fighting for mick here in houston at legacy, but she wants more money that any female fighter period to sign with the ufc. word is she wants 500k plus ppv buys, a signing bonus, and a title shot first fight. no way dana agrees to that.

dana isnt hiding ronda, but he is a business man, so hes got to set up a matchup that makes him money. right now cat zingano is the only person who IMO can beat ronda, and thats a coin flip. there isnt another 135 lb woman even close. and hell cat may not have a chance either.

Cyborg is huge....if she fights Ron-Ron at 135, I think she will be pretty weakened.

I think a catch-weight would be the most reasonable thing to do, maybe 142-145?

there isnt anyone beating her anytime soon barring a fluke, an off night, or just getting caught with a "lucky punch"
