you will NEVER see an MMA fighter go to pro boxing and become champion, it has NEVER HAPPENED, but Brock Lesnar who was a 1 dimensional fighter became champion and Holly Holm became champion, this is embarrassing to MMA

a quick search of this forum and you will find many a troll thread much like yours has been destroyed because its the DUMBEST ARGUMENT IN THE HISTORY OF ARGUMENTS! and for the recrod, holy is not a boxer. not anymore. i mean damn man, go look at her record, 5 of her 7 wins (all vs tomato cans) are by KICKS. last i checked those are not allowed in boxing.

Yeah 5 years ago we would just reverse troll them with the "boxing is dead" BS.

I think we have all grown up now and realize they can co-exist.

nobody around here went to the boxing board and trolled them up. they sure like to come in here and troll though.

and for the record, MOST of boxing is dead, and that has nothing to do with MMA. thats purely boxings fault on its own.

never even heard of these guys, mma is really about who knows more moves than the other guys, jon jones is champion but his boxing sucks, he doesn't even know the basics, who is training him?

Trollin trollin trollin...

Jon jones would smash ANY boxer in a "real fight".
He is a MIXED MARTIAL ARTS fighter.
He trains mma, he is NOT training to be a boxer, doesn't want to be a boxer, doesn't care about being a boxer. Keep in mind that a guy like jones, had he desired to be a boxer would have been a VERY good boxer. He is a freak athelete from a line of freak athletes, including two excellent nfl players.

Now you're welcome to talk mma, but if you're just here to bash mma, then go away. Go to the boxing board and your going to be one of the guys for sure.

so you are saying just because he's an athlete that he could of picked any sport and become champion in it?> LOL, he couldn't make it as a pro boxer, that's why he's an mma fighter, because if he would get more money in boxing, his net worth is only 10 million, that's nothing man, he's the top mma guy right now, now lets look at mayweather, try 200 million

you dont get it. this conversation has been had REPEATEDLY.
over paying 2-3 guys doesnt make a sport great. doesnt make a sport anything.
across the board mma fighters and boxers make fairly similar wages. get your nose out of motormouths ass, go back to the boxing board and talk about something you think you know about because you clearly know nothing about mma.
