How about she studies judo, but can't take Holly or Nunes down? Lets start with that.

She took Holly down, Nunes kept her at range.

Judo alone doesn't cut it in mma.

Name a single MMA fighter who has had any kind of success being strictly a Judo master?

Ronda vs Cain would have been the greatest fight of all time. One punch would have done her.

Ronda? LOL

No single martial art works in mma alone, except maybe sambo.

Yet sambo is basically mma. A mix of wresting judo boxing, it's already mma.

You're correct, nobody with a single discipline is lasting in mma. Ronda was about as close as they come since the very early days of style vs style.

Right, and I would argue that among the martial arts used during the old school days of style vs style match-ups, Judo fared the worst or at least near the bottom.

Fact is that Ronda was the beneficiary of a very weak division that was in its infancy.
I would venture that today she is not even top ten in that class.
