So what do you guys think? A lot of people I was with last night are saying White is turning this into the WWE. Seems overall that all these press conferences etc are looking more and more from scripts from WWE. Iím just waiting girlfriends so start brawling in the ring next.

Hyping a fight occurs in boxing too. It gets people interested in the fight. Ali was a master at it.

What do you mean by scripts like WWE?? This is real fighting. Each fighter wants the belt or to beat the best. The connor and khabib beef was real. Connor almost went to jail in NYC for it.

Yeah there was legitimate bad blood here. Like with Jones-DC.

Jones and DC is another one. DC stated he wants a 3rd fight and retire after that one.

I don’t think anyone is questioning the fighting. But the after show shenanigans that went down looked like something from a WWE script.

More on the fight...Conor looked like sh*t. He knew it was going to be all on the ground but yet he was still gassed by 2nd round.

Honestly this is just what khabib does to people. We knew this fight was going down one of two ways: either Conor clips khabib when he shoots in and knocks him out in the first couple rounds, or khabib takes him down repeatedly and just mauls him, which is what happened. When you have a great wrestler like khabib on top of you putting that pressure on, itís very tiring for the person on the bottom. So of course conor was gassed, itís not a conditioning issue. I donít think conor fought badly, he just lost. Itíll be interesting to see his game plan in a rematch, I just donít know that he can overcome khabibís wrestling after what we just saw.

Go see the ending to Mike Tyson vs Razor Ruddock...

Khabib's wrestling/sambo and ground and pound can tire a person out. Conor lasted 4 rounds. He won round 3. Khabib won round 1 and 2. Conor's weakness is wrestling and jujitsu. His cardio was not as bad as when he fought Nate (fight #1).

Exactly, hit the nail on the head. It wasnít cardio. When you have someone on top of you who knows how to apply their weight against you, let alone a pro fighter whoís a master of the top game, youíll get ****ing tired. While the guy in top can remain relatively fresh.

I agree.

Khabib took the fight to the ground 1 and 2 and won those rounds. In round 3, Conor was able to have the fight stay on their feet for a good amount of time to win that round. Round 4, Khabib went back to his game plan to win the fight.

IMO, it would be difficult for him to win the rematch. He would have to learn wrestling and jujitsu for a good amount of time.

He should move away from Khabib. He should fight Jose Aldo and then fight Max Holloway and finish his career with the trilogy fight with Nate Diaz. Mayweather will destroy him again and Khabib and Ferguson might spell trouble for Conor.

Mayweather - Boxing Defensive GOAT. Please don't rematch this dude.
Khabib - Wrestling/Sambo
Ferguson - Boxing, Jujitsu, wrestling, taller/longer reach, massive gas tank

Great points but personally I think Mac is done- he runs his foul mouth for weeks and simply has nothing but flimsy defense in the ring. Diaz 2 was the last meager attempt he had-
I wish Mac had fought a little last night but I think he simply has lost the ability - he does not walk the talk and probably can't
Kabib is very interesting! He has a very intuitive and effective style and a very important part of that weight class.
I hope he is able to stay or quickly get back into the circuit after last night .
He has a very natural almost animal instinct I would think any fighter in his class would like to try and beat. I don't feel sorry for Mac - I do feel sorry for kabib- he flipped out- it marred a very interesting victory and it's gonna cost him and the sport - at least in that weight class
