Exclamation Anyone Out There Know About "Rent To Own" opportunities in Southern Mobile County?

With my searching for places in Alabama to live since my wife has decided we are going there over South Carolina, I could really appreciate some assistance and guidance.

We are willing to work with someone on a rent to own or owner finance plan to purchase a home for family, but simply don't have the credit right now. Will be more than willing to go direct deposit for the rent/house payment and can fix up a place (we both used to work for John Wieland Homes in ATL), but need at least a good roof, electrical, plumbing and a bedroom for the girls to sleep in and a place to eat...I can fix the rest.

Any advice or ideas, please feel free to e-mail direct at: wlr107@teacher.com

We will be heading down in December or the Spring to look around, and next summer we move permenantly it looks like.

Thanks!

Will
