So, you define "Justice" as the meting out of punishment for a person not having his papers or effects in order, even though absolutely no harm has ensued? And in absolutely no way could public safety or order be compromised as a consequence. That is "Justice"?

Suppose I arrive in court, and for some reason the court's papers do not appear to be in order. What kind of a fine, from whom, paid to whom, would constitute your "Justice" in that case?

This thread is about Justice, and you are confusing it with "Tax Collection", which is the primary business of the traffic patrol officers.

Wow... This doesn't hardly justify a response! It is apparent that you MISSED my point completely. Plus what occurred when I went to court............. I am back to my original statement...Not Much Justice.
