Best Saltwater Pier Fishing in Mobile? (Fairhope, Dauphin Island: land, park, island)

Looking for specific piers (private and public) or from-the-land locations I can saltwater fish off of in Mobile Bay (on the Alabama side, not the Florida side). I noticed the Dauphin Island pier but looking for something that isn't that far south. Anyone know? And what can I expect to catch off a pier?

Also, I just read this statement: "Dauphin Island Pier is landlocked and no fishing is available." Is that true? What about other fishing opportunities from the land or from other piers (if they exist) on Dauphin Island? Also, can I fish from Dauphin Island Parkway?

Gulf State Park Pier -- this looks very crowded and it honestly doesn't look fun from the pictures. Is there a time when it is not crowded? And my goodness I hate piers with rails. Prefer to go to ones without any rails.

Fairhope Pier -- We don't want to go to Fairhope

Fort Morgan Pier -- Was this destroyed by a hurricane?

What about fishing off of Highway 90 at the top of Mobile Bay? Is there an exit off of Highway 90 that leads to a decent fishing area?

Alabama is on both sides of Mobile Bay.
