Question Where will Satsuma kids go to middle school?

Can someone update me on the situation of what Mobile County is doing about a school for the kids of Satsuma who need a middle school now?

Thanks

There hasn't been anything said yet. They are still tring to figure it out. On the news though, they did say that if the children that go to Adams that wanted to continue to go. If they didn't live in Saraland they would have to pay Adams tuition plus transport their child to the school. I also heard that Saraland is tring to figure out how to put about 150 extra children at Saraland Ele.

This is just my opionion since I live near these towns. They revitalized some of the old Satsuma High School which sits near the new high school. Ok it held 4th and 5th graders for Robert E. Lee children before the new elementary school was built. So I say make the elementary school k-8 and put the 7th and 8th graders at the old high school which is already fixed up. A school up by my house has a Mobile County public school that has these same grades covered. I honestly don't see a better option at this point. I wish they would think of it.

Ok to wrap this up. I found this web site. Which is from Oct 27, but I havn't heard anything since anyway and it is a reliable source. Its Mobile's news paper article.
