If anything, I've found the opposite. I have no idea about the hospital you are referring as I live in the Chicago area, however, smaller hospitals only have less resources making the doctors and nurses more resourceful and pretty much must be good at what they do because no one will be coming to help. Many if not most times these are nurses and physicians who have actually already worked in major facilities and already have lots of experience and decided to work in a smaller place because of the demands larger facilities place on physicians and staff. Again, I have no idea about the size or quality of the hospital, only posting this because I would hate to see people having any type of bias towards this facility based on one idiots post about healthcare facilities.

fairhope has thomas hospital which is a medium size hospital but its very well equipment and modern,
