yeah but they still play the same club music and have spaces for people to dance. they just added a bunch of pool tables lolol

The development is from Mississippi developer Leaf River Group. The title of the development is Meridian at the Port. It would be set on 3.7± acres apparently. I've looked up a lot of mixed use projects and at 3.7 acres, you could be looking at anywhere from 75 to 150 units dependent on size. They are also working on a development in their hometown of Jackson with 200 units.
